Bowscription Box 101

Q: How many bows are included in the Bowscription Box?

A: The Bowscription Box will include at least 7 bows, exclusive discounts, sneak peaks, and surprise items.

Q: When does the Bowscription Box start shipping?

A: All Bowscription Boxes start shipping on the 10th of the month. If the 10th falls on a weekend it will start shipping on that Monday. All boxes will be shipped by the 15th of the month. 

Q: How do I cancel the Bowscription Box subscription?

A: The subscription must be cancelled at least 3 business days BEFORE the 1st of the month. You may not cancel until after your receive your 1st box. If cancellation occurs after the 1st of the month, the cancellation will go towards the next month. You 1st box cannot be cancelled, you may cancel after your first box. 

Q: When does my Bowscription Box arrive after shipping? 

A: Boxes will be mailed via standard shipping. Standard shipping via USPS is approximately 5-7 days in the US.

Q: Can I choose the bows that will be included?

A: The Bowsciption Box will include at minimum 7 bows that will be selected by our AMAZING team. You can choose they style of box, which is either "Little Lady in Training"  or "Mommy's Mini Me". Don't worry our amazing team will ensure that you receive only exclusive bows

Q: Is their a monthly charge for the Bowscription Box?

A: Yes. The Boxscription box is a monthly subscription. There is an automatic monthly charge of $15.00. However, if you purchase multiple months, you will not be charge monthly until after the duration of the months purchased. 

 

Q: What size bows come in a Bowscription Box?

A: Bowscription boxes will have an assortment of big and small bows of various sizes and styles. 

Q: When am I charged the reoccurring subscription cost of $15.00?

A: On the 1st of each month. 

 

Q: I have the emailed tracking information, but it isn't moving and it says tracking information unavailable. What should I do?

A: Don't worry. Your package shipping label has been created and you have received your tracking number. This means that the package is in route to the post office. The tracking number will update after arrival and processing. 

Q: Can I switch my box to the other box option you offer? 

A: Yes, you can. Please allow 5 business days prior to the 1st of the month. We recommend that you provide notification as soon as possible because our AMAZING box may sell out quickly. 

 

Q: If order 2 boxes will they be the same? 

A: If you order two different styled boxes they will not be the same. If you order 2 of the same styled box they will be the same. 

 

Q: Are the boxes holiday themed? 

A: All items in the box will not be holiday themed.   There may be one or two pieces that represent that months holiday theme. 

Q: Do I need to purchase a BowBox or expedited shipping? 

A: Please do not purchase expedited shipping as it is not offered for Bowscription Boxes. Because we are handpicking the contents of the box to ensure that the Bows are exclusive and amazing like or customers, all boxes will be shipped via standard US shipping. Boxes are shipped after the 10th of the month. 

Q: Will I still receive Exclusive Member Benefits after I have unsubscribed? 

A: No, once you cancel your Bowscription Membership, you will no longer receive member's benefits. 

Q: If I subscribed at a promotional price or a special offer and I decide to cancel, will I be able to get that offer again? 

A: If the offer is available at sign up, yes. If not, no.

Q: If I cancel the Bowscription Box, will I be able to re-subscribe? 

A: Yes.
